Melissa Turner

Melissa is President and owner of ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥, Inc. In her role as president, she has successfully overseen the development and opening of every ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ for Children early care and education center throughout several states. Melissa is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Georgia and has had a successful career in banking, managing a billion dollar wholesaler of mortgage loans. She has successfully overseen SBA loan applications with her franchisees. Melissa received Governor Sonny Purdue’s appointment to the Georgia Early Care and Learning Board in 2005. Melissa and her husband served as the owners of ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ for Children in Oakwood, Georgia from 1997 to 2002. Under Frank and Melissa Turner’s leadership, they successfully achieved NAEYC Accreditation in 2000. This hands-on operational experience has proven to be a huge asset as they support new owners. Frank and Melissa Turner are the proud parents of two children – two huge reasons for their decision to commit to the early care and education industry.
Meghal Sinkar
Business Support Specialist, ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥, Inc
Meghal Sinkar is the Business Support Specialist at ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ Corporate office and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Meghal manages the business aspect of both ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ Corporate and Blastoff Construction, Inc. Blastoff Construction is the sister company of ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥, Inc. and builds every franchised location. She supports current franchisees with implementation of ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ policies and business procedures and new franchisees during the construction phase of their new schools. She maintains compliance with government entity licensing and ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ standards throughout both companies.
Mary Brown
Director of Quality and Compliance, ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥, Inc
Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Georgia. She started her career in childcare in 1997 with the opening of the very first ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥. She has always been a strong advocate for quality care and education for children as well as education on the importance and urgency of brain development before the age of 5. She is proficient in state licensing as well as NAEYC accreditation and has been hands on with school set up and opening. She held a secondary career in the Hall County school system as an elementary school substitute teacher. Her love for children and early childhood development is a strong force and drive in her decision to once again serve at ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ where she can help teachers and families with communities of learning and offer the quality education that each child deserves.
Makenize McDiermon

Makenize McDiermon is a dedicated Business Support Specialist with over six years of experience in early childhood education. Her journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards educators face, and she is passionate about making a positive impact in this field. Makenize combines her educational background with a strong focus on business practices. She aims to empower educators on the front lines by providing them with the resources and support they need to excel. She believes in the importance of creativity and innovation in problem-solving and strives to incorporate these values into her daily work. As a vital resource for franchise owners, she is committed to fostering collaboration and driving growth within the organization. In her role, Makenize is dedicated to helping the franchise thrive by ensuring that all team members have access to the tools and support necessary for success. Eunice Dontfraid

Eunice Dontfraid has over 12 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She has spent her career providing high-quality care and education in childcare settings and supporting schools with state licensing, NAEYC accreditation and maintaining ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ standards. Eunice attended Liberty University and studied Psychology and Music. Musical Art and Education has always been a passion that she continuously strives to share. Her goal is to serve ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥ schools, families, and communities by providing an opportunity to give children quality education that every child deserves.
Jennifer Delfin
Quality Support Specialist, ×ãÇòÌåÓýÖ±²¥, Inc
Jennifer Delfin has been in the Early Childhood Education Field for over 20 years. She has worked in every aspect of a childcare center and understands the importance of quality childcare for children and their families. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in Mass Communication and Elective Studies in Education from Shenandoah University. Jennifer believes that while ages 0-5 are the most important in a child’s development, it is an often underserved and under-supported field. She is excited to support franchisees, school directors, and teachers to ensure that quality education starts in infancy and lasts through graduation.
